Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of internal tools and integrations developed and operated by Kairos ("we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using these tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These tools are developed for Kairos's internal use only. They are not offered as a service to external users or customers. Access is limited to authorized Kairos staff and contractors.

2. Authorized Use

You may use these tools only to:

• Perform authorized accounting and financial management tasks
• Access and modify Kairos's QuickBooks Online data for grant reporting
• Carry out other internal operations as directed by Kairos leadership

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use these tools to access data belonging to any other organization
• Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Modify or redistribute the tools without authorization
• Use the tools for any purpose unrelated to Kairos operations

4. Third-Party Services

Our tools integrate with third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

5. Disclaimer

These tools are provided "as is" for internal use. Kairos makes no warranties regarding their fitness for any particular purpose. Kairos is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these tools.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
