Help us find the people who'll build Kairos.

Growing the team is our biggest priority this year. We're hiring across programs, operations, and talent operations, and the people we most want to reach are often not looking for a job. If you know someone who'd be a strong fit for one of our open roles, tell us about them.

The bonus applies to referrals for full-time roles. Contractor positions and places in our programs, such as SPAR or Pathfinder, aren't covered.

How it works

  1. Tell us about them

    Fill in the referral form with the person's name and contact details, the role or roles you have in mind, and why you think they would excel. It takes a few minutes.

  2. We take it from there

    We review the referral and, where there's a fit for an open role, reach out to the candidate ourselves and invite them to apply. If nothing matches right away, the referral stays on file.

  3. You receive $10,000

    If we hire them, the bonus is paid once they have completed two months at Kairos. We'll be in touch within 30 days of that milestone to arrange payment.

Terms

Eligible roles
The program covers full-time employee positions only. Contractor roles and places in our programs are not eligible.
Qualification
To qualify, the candidate must either confirm they applied because of your recommendation, or have applied in response to an email we sent them because of your referral.
Attribution
Only the first person to refer a candidate receives the bonus. Someone we're already in conversation with, or who has already applied, isn't eligible.
Good faith
Please only refer people you believe would excel in the role and who likely wouldn't have applied otherwise.
Validity
If we don't pursue a referral straight away, it stays valid for six months from the date you submit it.
Taxes
Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Discretion
Kairos has final say on referral bonus eligibility and payment. We may change the program's terms or end it in the future, and any changes will be posted on this page.
Legal restrictions
We may be unable to pay if doing so would violate US law, for example in the case of sanctioned countries and certain visas.
